Seth from Transou came out to our home to estimate our need to hook up the gas logs and the outdoor grill to an outside propane tank. Once the appropriate parts were received, he came out and completed the job, explaining exactly what he did, actually providing pictures, so we could troubleshoot on our own in the future if necessary.
